Any questions are welcome, I mainly live on eggs, fat, meat, bp coffee and diet coke.
Plus once a day a 500g food of my choice (freshly made and packed, I usually go with the one that has the lowert carbs(~20g when possible)) from a local shop.

(Almost) no exercise (6-7kilometres of walking a day), beginning gym period around now…
