Female, 6'2. Starting weight at 205, current weight 181 (unsure about a goal weight). If I could give any advice it would be to supplement your electrolytes, prep your meals as much as possible, and drink more water that you ever thought you would need- I aim for around 100oz a day. I can't thank the folks here enough, I couldn't have done it without your wise ways.
